Hi I’m Alex.

I’m a neuroscientist, personal development coach, and author of The Upward Spiral. I’ve been overthinking my whole life, though fortunately it led me to a PhD. I’ve always been fascinated with the brain. It helped me understand why happiness, confidence, and a deep sense of purpose sometimes seemed so automatic, and other times they felt like a struggle.
